Photos are for illustrative purposes only. All unused merchandise in original
packaging may be returned within 30days of the date of purchase. No returns
on used merchandise. Al items carry manufacturer's warranty. Limited quantities
on some items may require substitution. Prices subject to change. Check with
local law enforcement regarding legality of paintball products in your area.
Items subject to availability. If and ordered item is not available, 2macspaintball.com (Mac & Mac Paintball) will notify customer.
Treatment of Sales Tax
We
are required by law to charge applicable sales tax on products shipped to those
jurisdictions that levy such a tax and in which we have a physical location. Our
web site office is currently located in New Jersey. In certain states we are
also required to charge tax on shipping charges.
Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
None of what follows affects in any way our return policy at 2macpaintball.com (Mac & Mac Paintball). If for any reason you are not satisfied with a purchase of new item(s) that you make from our site and you have not used the product please return it for a refund of store credit or exchange. If the total price of item(s) for return is greater then the price of item(s) for exchange you will receive store credit for that amount. If total of items for exchange is greater than the item(s) being returned, please include amount due.
Instructions on how to do so will be included with your order.
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Used items are sold AS IS. No returns will be accepted on used items. Used items are inspected and tested before they are put up for sale. Paint is not returnable.

for manufactures defects. New items are covered by manufactures warranty. If
for any reason a NEW item(s) is defective, contact the manufacturer on how to
return to them for repair or replacement.

entire agreement regarding all the matters that have been discussed in the preceding

Terms Of Trade Towards The Purchase Of New Item(s).
Value of item for trade will be determined by 2macspaintball.com (Mac & Mac Paintball).
2macspaintball.com (Mac & Mac Paintball) will require pictures of customer's item(s) for trade.
Mac & Mac Paintball is not responsible for typographical errors on an offer or estimate given, by email, fax or on AOL Instant Messenger.
When a trade is agreed to, the customer will ship their item(s) to Mac & Mac Paintball 1766 Carriage Dr. Williamstown, NJ 08094, COD via UPS, Fed Ex or DHL, requesting the amount agreed upon by both parties for the traded item(s). Mac & Mac Paintball will make payment by company check.
In turn Mac & Mac Paintball will ship the purchased item(s) C.O.D. via UPS, Fed Ex or DHL requesting payment for the sale price of item(s) purchased by money order, cashiers check or certified check. Or customer can pay via pay pal (Pay Pal ID: MACDADDY@2MACSPAINTBALL.COM) and then Mac & Mac Paintball will ship the item via UPS, FedEx or DHL.
Shipping charges for item(s) will be waved for trades.
These terms are in place for the protection of both the customer and 2macspaintball.com (Mac & Mac Paintball).
Waiver Form
When a marker is purchased, either new or used, customer must send their email address or fax number to 2macspaintball (Mac & Mac Paintball). We will send a waiver form. Customer must fill it out, attach a copy of both sides of purchasing customer's drivers licence, and return completed and signed form via email, fax or US Mail. Once completed and signed form is received by 2macspaintball.com (Mac & Mac Paintball), marker will then be shipped out.
